The workouts still follow the structure you know, but the way you move through them should feel different now. You are not thinking through every rep the way you did in the beginning because your body understands the work. You have already built the strength and control that got you here, so now you move with more confidence and less hesitation. This stage brings your glutes, your core, and your upper body together so your training feels connected instead of separate. Move through each week with intention and stay present in the work in front of you. This phase reflects everything you have built up to this point, so give it the same discipline that brought you here. Stay consistent with how you train and how you fuel yourself because this phase reflects the effort you have already put in.
