This phase is built to lay your foundation the right way so your body responds the way it should. Shape is month one of the Snatched Method and this is where everything begins. If you are new and feeling intimidated, breathe and settle in because you are not expected to master everything at once. This phase is structured to guide you step by step so you build confidence while you build strength. If you are returning and noticing the changes, understand that the system is now organized to move you forward with clarity. You will train in a balanced rotation that targets glutes, waist, upper body, and full body so your shape develops evenly and intentionally.
As you move through each week, stay present in the work and focus on completing what is in front of you. Progress in this phase comes from repetition and consistency, not from rushing ahead. The structure is already laid out for you, so your job is simply to show up and execute the plan that is there.
