The workouts are more intentional and the tension lasts longer so you can feel exactly what is working. You will hold positions with more control and move with cleaner form so you stay engaged in every rep from start to finish. The focus here is detail in how you move and how you stay engaged through the entire workout. Move through each week knowing every completed day adds up. You showed up for yourself and you made it this far. That matters. Keep stacking the work and stay present in what is in front of you.
