Welcome to Snatched Lift. I am proud of you for making it here because that means you stayed consistent through month one. Shape built your base and now we build strength on top of it. You should already feel more stable and more aware of how your body moves. Lift is month two of the Snatched Method and this phase increases the demand while keeping the structure familiar. You will train with more resistance and more control so your glutes and core continue to develop evenly. The rotation stays balanced, but your effort levels rise. This is where strength becomes visible in your posture and in how you carry yourself. If this is your first time entering Lift, move with intention and stay committed to the order of the weeks. If you are repeating it, bring more focus than last time and challenge your reps with stronger execution. Stay consistent with how you train and how you fuel yourself because the results in this phase respond to both.
