These workouts are here to help you get comfortable with the movements, learn the flow, and start building the habit of showing up for yourself.
Inside the app, this section is simple. You click on your day, follow the moves, and check in after your workout. The moves are here for guidance so you can get comfortable with them, but you have the freedom to go at your own pace.
As you go through this, move at your pace. When you see a time on the screen, use it as a guide. Some of the videos are there to show you the movement so you can feel it in your body. I want you focused on control and feeling the work.
If you have already completed this section, you can move straight into Month One and continue from there.
If you are coming back, you will notice the program now flows month to month instead of separate challenges. This makes it easier to stay consistent and keep progressing without restarting and without keeping up with challenges.
Some of my focused programs like the 21-day and Peach Snatch are still available in the One Time Purchases section if you want to add them in, and you still get full body every day here.
Before you begin, take your photos with a plain wall behind you. Get a front, side, and back view so you can track your progress as you keep going.
